The Academic Family Health Team at Southlake
The Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care at Southlake Regional Health Centre (Southlake) is pleased to announce opportunities for physicians to join the Southlake Family Medicine Teaching Unit (FMTU) in association with the Southlake Family Health Team (FHT) and the Department of Family and Community Medicine, University of Toronto.

Successful applicants will be required to complete the University of Toronto’s “Basics” course for academic teachers before commencement of teaching. Below is a sample outline of what will be covered in the basic program course.
