“Last spring, my husband was brought into your hospital with a stroke.  They started the necessary treatment and, as I sat there with him, terrified hour after hour, I still thought how fortunate we were to be given such good care.  My husband and I are both seniors on fixed income but we cannot afford NOT to give.  I truly thank you because I feel as if I’m not alone dealing with all this.  We have a long haul ahead of us…but with your help, we’ll make it"                                                                                                           M. Honour That Special Person

Making a donation in honour of a special person is a heartfelt way of showing you care, and helps Southlake Regional Health Centre meet the increasing demand for health care services from our growing community.

Tribute Gifts:
Recognize someone whose generous spirit has touched your life. Tribute Gifts are a wonderful way to acknowledge high quality patient care at Southlake, express your thanks for a special act, or to honour a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or special holiday. Asking guests to donate a tribute gift in lieu of birthday or anniversary presents is another way to make special occasions even more meaningful.

Memorial Gifts:
Memorial donations are a meaningful way to pay tribute to a relative, friend or colleague who has passed away. When you make a gift in memory of a special person, you honour a life by helping us improve the lives of residents throughout our community.
