One of the easiest ways for you to make a gift to Southlake is by a simple straightforward donation using cash, a personal cheque, or credit card. Gifts of cash are a convenient way for you to allow Southlake to put your generosity to work right away.

Pre-authorized monthly donations may be arranged by selecting the monthly donation option on our easy to use, secure on-line donation form.

Benefits of making a cash gift

• You will receive a donation receipt for the full amount of your gift. The maximum amount of the donation you can claim for credit in any one year is 75% of net income. Any excess may be carried forward up to five years. In other words, making a cash donation allows you to save considerably on your taxes thereby reducing the actual cost of your gift.
• You will have the satisfaction of seeing your gift at work right away providing much needed funding for health care in your community.

How cash gifts benefit Southlake

• Your gift will be put to use immediately to help fund hospital priorities.
• If you choose to make a cash gift to one of Southlake’s Endowed Funds the principal of your gift will be invested and a portion of the investment income will be granted to the hospital annually for funding needs.
