Community Engagement

As a requirement of the Hospital Services Accountability Agreement (HSAA) with the Central LHIN, Southlake is required to initiate and participate in community engagement initiatives, and to make publically available a copy of our annual Community Engagement plan.

At Southlake, Community Engagement (CE) is a proactive and ongoing process for planning and making decisions around the delivery of healthcare services within and for the communities we serve. It encompasses a variety of activities that will build relationships with our community to ensure programs and services offered today and tomorrow meet their needs. Southlake is committed to engaging with our internal and external communities using best practice principles.
