Long-term and short-term parking is available in various locations on and near the Southlake campus at various rates. For your convenience, there are several parking payment machines available in each lot.
On-site Parking Locations
There are 3 parking areas for patients and visitors at Southlake.
East Parking Lot
Location: South West corner of Davis Drive and Roxborough Road. Accessible from Roxborough Road or via the Hospital's internal roadway from Davis Drive.

Location: South East corner of Davis Drive and Prospect Street. Accessible from Prospect Street

Medical Arts Building
There is limited parking available behind the Medical Arts Building.
Patients are encouraged to park on Level 3 of the West Parking Garage and take the pedestrian bridge north across Davis Drive to the Medical Arts Building.

Off-site lots are privately owned. Southlake is not responsibility for these parking lots. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Short-term parking is available for individuals who wish only to drop a patient off at the Emergency Department, or are confident that the time they will spend at the Hospital will be less than two hours.
Using a "Pay and Display" ticket system, 20 short-term parking spaces are available in front of the Emergency Department, and 34 short-term spaces are available on Ground Level of the West Parking Garage.
Parking for Persons with Disabilities
Parking spaces for persons with disabilities are located in all visitors' parking lots, on each level of the parking garage, and in front of the Emergency Department. An Accessible Parking Permit is required to park in these spaces.
Paying for On-site Parking
||Approach the parking gate and either take a ticketor insert your credit card. The gate will open and you will be able to enter the parking lot. If you choose to take a ticket, take the ticket with you.
Before you can exit the parking lot, you will need to take your parking ticket to one of Southlake's pay stations. They are located at the:
- East Building main entrance
- Inside the Emergency Department
- Ground floor and Level P2 of the Parking Garage
- Along the Bridge spanning Davis Drive
- Visitor's parking lot
||At the pay station, insert your parking ticket into Slot A and pay the amount shown on the screen.
Take your paid parking ticket back to your car, drive to the exit gate, and insert the paid ticket in order to lift the gates.
Alternatively you can re-insert your credit card at the exit gate and the amount owing will automatically be charged.
If you have any difficulty using the system, just press the intercom button located at the entrance gates and a member of our parking team will be ready to assist you.
Parking Pay Station machines are available in all lots. These machines accept cash or any major credit card.

Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available for purchase at the East Entrance Lobby pay station and the Parking Office.
Passes may also be purchased 24 hours a day/7 days a week at one of several Parking Pay Stations located in the East Visitors' Parking Lot and West Parking Garage.
Southlake is pleased to offer complimentary parking to Canadian Veterans while they are at the Hospital. Veterans may visit the Parking Office before they leave the Hospital to have their parking ticket validated. Individuals must show their Veteran Card as proof of being a veteran.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m., 7 days/week
Parking services at Southlake are owned by the Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation and managed by Hospital personnel and/or its agents. Parking revenues are used to pay for the costs to maintain the Hospital's parking lots. Profits generated through parking revenues are reinvested to help improve our patients' healthcare experiences and outcomes, as well as supporting projects approved by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (e.g., leading edge technology and equipment, research, etc.).
