Roseanne Pegler is the Executive Lead of the Regional Cancer Program Central LHIN since June 2007. In this capacity she functions as the Regional Improvement Coordinator for the Ontario Cancer Symptom Management Collaborative, Regional Administrative Lead; for ColonCancerCheck, Provincial Prevention and Screening, Provincial Primary Care Network, and Regional Multi-Disciplinary Cancer Conference.

Prior to joining the Southlake Regional Health Centre team, Roseanne held a number of positions including a Resource Radiation Therapist at the Oddette Regional Cancer Centre, and the Director of Professional Relations at the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario. At the College, Roseanne supported the Quality Assurance Program, the Complaints Committee, the Patient Relations Committee, and College Communications. She assisted the College with the establishment of the standards of practice for MRTs and is a CMRTO/Canadian Medical Association Accreditation Surveyor.

Roseanne is well known in the medical radiation technology community and began her career at Princess Margaret Hospital, then later moved to Toronto-Sunnybrook Regional Cancer Centre, when it first opened, where she held various positions.

Roseanne also worked for the Capital Project Office of Cancer Care Ontario as a "Project Specialist, Radiation Therapy" helping to establish radiation therapy programs in two new regional cancer centres.
