Acting It Out: People Centered Care and the Conversations That Matter
Conversations are a necessary part of working through ideas to come up with a vision for care. Finding common ground to turn when ideas are diverse and complex can be tricky. This year we will target tools and skills to match the kinds of conversations people want with their health and social care providers. Through practice cafes we welcome you to Act It Out!
