Qualifications & Experience:

·         Masters of Physical Therapy or equivalent from a recognized university.

·         Registration with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists.

·         Registration with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association or eligibility.    

·         Recent experience in outpatient rehabilitation including pool therapy

·         Excellent communication, both written and verbal

·         Proficient in patient assessment, analysis and problem solving in a diverse outpatient setting

·         Innovative and willing to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.

·         Commitment to customer service and inter-professional teamwork

·         Demonstrates individual leadership skills

·         Flexibility to work various shifts as assigned, including weekends and availability to allow for hospital, department and unit orientation

·         Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal

·         Demonstrated problem assessment skills

·         Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork

·         Demonstrated individual leadership skills
