Preventing Patient/Client Abuse
Southlake strives to provide a safe environment in which to receive and deliver care.
If you have concerns about a patient being abused, speak with that patient's nurse or the manager of the unit.
Our staff and physicians will report suspected abuse to the appropriate authorities. The law and the regulatory colleges for healthcare professional require them to do so.
